I know this sounds obvious BUT where are Resources setup? I know you can set them up from Resource Groups and we have that set to Security Managers only BUT i have just noticed today that a user has set themselves up as a resource under one of the resource groups.

I know about that area but it is locked down to Security Managers Only, i was wondering if there is anywhere else it can be done as a user has set themself up as a resource.

Only other spots I can think of…under User Account or Employee? Would think they’ld also be locked down as well. I don’t think there’s any self-service fields that a user could fill.
EDIT - just checked the help text and apparently you can assign people/employees to a resource group…(C)ell, (M)achine or (P)eople under Resource Type.
