Is there a way to restrict who can close an RMA? I’d like to “gray out” the check box in RMA Processing so that only specific users can open/close the RMA, but I’m not sure where to go to accomplish that or even if I can.
You could use Field Level Security on the OpenRMA field or create a BPM to restrict it to security group. This is a BPM that restricts Part update for purchase parts to a specific group only.
Thanks. I tried changing the OpenRMA field to Read Only, but it didn’t seem to work. I’ll try the BPM method and report back!
