Revision approval 6.1

OK, I have managed to pull the pistol from my mouth.

I have an employee that appears to have full approval to approve a revision
for a part, but cannot and I can. Did Vantage change somewhere and add a
new menu security item that I can't find? We are running 5.0 now and he can
do everything/anything to parts.

Any ideas?
