There is two way to do that. First, you can go on your form in customisation mode. You click Tools, customisation and then options customisation wizard. You'll then have the choice to click on extended properties where you set which "like" column you add to a field (the like is for the right click.
Or, you go in system management, utilities, extended properties, you select the table on which you have properties to add. You go in field and then put the like on the field.
I give you the two ways cause sometimes, one is working and the other is not.
If non of those work, you can create a BAQ search and make it disponible for your field.
