I have a user that can only Right Click - Copy to Excel once from Part Transaction History Tracker - PTHT grid.
If he opens a second screen, then goes back to PTHT and right clicks again, it does not work. Nothing pops up on the right click. Brand new laptop. Win11.
I cannot duplicate that in mine (Win10) or another brand new Win11.
We are on 2023.2.11, using the classic PTHT.
We have cleared client cache, restarted Epicor, restarted the computer. There are only 4k lines of transactions. No change to the context menu.
I have been searching for this here for some time. I haven’t found the right subject syntax to get anything specific on this error yet.
