Right Clicking for Part Tracker

Juliet,

We found the same thing. Actually none of the options work correctly Time
Phase, Purchase Advisor, Part Tracker, or Part Advisor. If the part is not
set up in the part master I know it usually shows up being grayed out. It
seems to be a glitch in the software. Are you usually wanting to look at one
of the assemblies on the Job? Or is it the final assembly?

Someone in our shop pointed out a weird glitch. I was wondering if any
of you have experienced this as well.

In Vantage we will pull up a Job through Job Tracker. Regardless of
whether or not we open the job up or just right click on the job in the
list - when we try and right click to open with Part Tracker sometimes
it will open, sometimes it will not.

It happens to both Data Collection users and Office Users.
It doesn't matter what Assembly we click on.

Just curious if anyone else has seen this?

I have noticed this too! What I found was certain times I have to have the
line with the part number highlighted in order for the part tracker to open.
I just left click on the line then right click to open the part tracker.

Juliet,

We have noticed the following, but not sure if this is what is happening
with you.......If you start in part tracker, then right click to go to job
tracker, then right click again and try to open a part tracker ..it will not
allow you to because you started in part tracker. If I did not explain
thoroughly, just contact me.
