Our return person has select the INS-REJ - Failed by mistake during RMA processing. He meant to select INS-STK - Received into Stock (Inventory). What’s the best to correct it? Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Cindy,
You do not mention doing a DMR, so I presume that you are not using the QA module. Is that correct?
We have never seen a way to reopen a disposed RMA to edit it. The only thing i can think of is Quantity Adjustment with the RMA rejection error referenced in the Reference field.

The RMA disposition of Failed will generate a DMR number that can then have a disposition of as accepted yet.

We do use QA module. I told him not to do anything until I figured out a way to fix it. So DMR has not been done. Is there still a way to correct it?
