Does anyone know if you can remove a disposition type option and How? We are wanting to remove the Return Shipment option.

I don’t see how you can remove it, you may have to create a data directive to block it with an exception message. “We don’t allow a Return Shipment transaction. Acme Company business rule.”

If its never been used, you can delete it from Reason Code Maintenance.
if its been used, you can not delete it.

I believe the question was about the “Dispose To” field and not the reason code.
