Has anyone experienced not being able to deselect a SN assigned to the incorrect RMA? I have a case open with support but it isn’t getting anywhere.
I have tried switching RMA’s and statuses for the respective SN’s in Serial Number Maintenance with no luck.

Hi Dylan,
I know that the RMA on the Serial Number screen is updated as you assign that SN to an RMA, but I haven’t tried changing it in Serial Number Maintenance. If you assign that serial number to the correct RMA, it will update in Serial Number Maint, from my experience. I haven’t had issues unassigning serials in an RMA though. Can you add a new Serial and then remove the incorrect one?
