The control account for RMA's is Cost of Returns. Look in System Management,
Configuration Maintenance, Company, Module Configuration, Control Accounts
to see what account has been set up to post Cost of Returns to.

Another accounting question.

Let's say a customer returns a part. We run it through the RMA process.
I'm not seeing where it reduces the Cost of Sales anywhere/anyhow. Can
anyone shed some light? Am I looking in the wrong places??? I even went to
account tracker and can't find anything! Help! Thanks!!
