Run Epicor 10 on tablet pc

Hi,

does anybody have experience running Epicor 10 on a tablet PC such as an Asus Transformer or a Del Inspiron. Or any other other recommendation? I am looking for a tablet that runs Win 10 (I think we need the full version of Epicor) but that can have a keyboard as well.

Thank you,

Daniel

We run it on Asus Transformer we are running away from that solution. Do a search on the forum this has been hashed over a few times in various ways.

What didn’t you like about the Asus Transformer?

In a MFG setting they just don’t hold up. I’m sure in the end it would depend entirely on how they are used and abused, but for us they are just not durable enough.

Understood but what about from a performance point of view?

That would depend on which model specifically you are looking at.

I was looking at this one:

Transformer Book T101HA-C4-GR: 4GB memory, 64GB storage

I would not get that device. It doesn’t meet the minimum requirements from Epicor’s Sizing guide.

I wouldn’t get anything less than 2.5ghz and 8gb of ram with an SSD or better.

Here is one of those places I believe you get what you pay for, and I’m a cheap SOB ask @josecgomez
