No ofense but why would you want to do this? It seems like there is very little you could gather from someone refreshing a dashboard.

Its not information gathered from the dashboard but rather a process that I need to run before the data for the dashboard is queried.

To explain more :
We are a make to order company so all of our order lines have jobs attached to it.
I want to go tru all open releases and check for each the BOM and see if we have on hand all the material. If we don't I want to flag the release on checkbox01.
I know there is shortcomings with this approach but for now that's ok with us.

Then in the dashboard I show all open releases and the flag if it has all MTL in inventory.

Just run a trace when you refresh the dashboard. You should see it calling
'dynamicquery.execute' or something similar. You should be able to just
stick your BPM on there and look at the context data to see if it's calling
the query you're interested in before you mess with anything.

Can't say I've actually done this, but it should work just fine.
