It's coming to the time of year when we need to look at residual
stock.
We've decided to use Advanced Billing for the Invoices. If the
Customer wants the goods we can deliver at a later date and know not to
re-invoice.
However, it is likely that the Customer will ask us to scrap the
goods. What is the best method to deal with this in Vantage. Quantity
Adjustment? Non conformance? DMR Processing?
Any advise would be much appreciated.

I have a program that you can setup and it runs reports automatically after
hours for "Daily", "Weekdays", "Weekly", "Monthly", "MidMonth", "Quarterly"
& "Yearly". You can find this program available on my web site at

Michael Podlin has a utility that is a Report Scheduler. We run about
15 reports for various departments every night, and it works great. It
only has to be running on 1 machine, and doesn't have to have report
builder open. I don't have his web page address of hand, but it's
something like: http:\\members.aol.com\mpodlin. Maybe someone
else can post the address, or look in the message archives for it.
