Has anyone else upgraded the Pilot SaaS to the new 10.2.600? We are seeing some problems and I am not getting a lot of feedback from Epicor currently. Was curious if anyone else is having problems or if it’s just us. Thanks.
I have seen a couple without much in the way of issues. What kind of problems are you having?
‘Get Details’ on new jobs is not working for the part revision. We can pull the details from a previous job (yesterday it would pull over but all operations showed as completed, today they do not) but not from the part revision. The revision is there for us to click Ok on the Get Details pop-up, but none of the operations pull over to the job. All of our customization’s have disappeared today as well (they were there yesterday). I can still see them on the Unique Business board, I can see them on the menu maintenance and in the customization look up. They all show as pass status. But when we open the menu’s that are supposed to be customized the base menu is what loads. I am very much a novice though so I may well be doing something wrong somewhere. I have a ticket open about the Get Details issue.
Do you have demand on the job when you do this? If not, the ops will see the quantity as zero and show complete. I have not see any of the other issues in upgraded clients.
Yes sir we do. They were not showing complete today when we pulled them over. That part is good now. We have had some of the weirdest things happen it seems. The font for the barcodes was messed up on the server and we couldn’t print barcodes for several weeks until they reset it. We are not actually live yet. We are supposed to go live this summer and are trying to finish preparing for a company demo next week.
