Hello!

I have a customer who is on SAAS. I was able to upload a customized .rdl file in their pilot environment and it ran successfully. It uses the standard reports/CustomReports/… location.

I configured the report and uploaded the same .rdl the same way in their Live environment, but their live environment is reporting the .rdl cannot be found when the report is executed. The error message is also adding on the site id/ tenant folder path, which Pilot does not have.

Live report style maintenance also reports RDLs - OK. Any ideas before I raise a ticket with support?

What version is live?

If it is below 2025.2.10, shrink the length of your report folder Customized Folder name, to something like 2 characters. You will find a thread somewhere on here about 100 characters max length of report folder string that was just recently fixed.

Live was indeed .10. Shortening the path resolved the issue, thanks Gabe!
