Does anyone know if the vanity sub-domain is a legit supported url for public SaaS MT?

Could be wrong, but I don’t think this was a thing when we started onboarding 3 years ago.

meaning:

https://mycompanyname-pilot.epicorsaas.com/Server/Apps/Erp/Home

not

https://centralusdtpilotXX.epicorsaas.com/SaaSXXXXPilot/Apps/ERP/Home

I’ve never heard of it, would be cool if it was.

It works for me. Try it. I saw the url on the EDD page. Not sure how they choose the company name portion. In our case it happens to be our domain name.

right. And what I’m saying is, I see the vanity domain in there and if you append
** /Server/Apps/Erp/Home ** to it, it works for ERP. Is it supported?

Any new cloud customer comes with the new style with your company name in.

So yes it is supported and the default going forward.

Can we change the EDD URL, and if so, how long until that change takes effect on the server?

Dunno, I have a ticket open for that very request but it hasn’t gone through yet
