Sales order and SO pick list period

My question: Sales person create SO can take from minutes to days.
Stock person will print SO Pick List several time in a day.
This will cause SO Pick List not up to date, if SO take days to create.
How can acknowledge the SO is not complete?

My workaround:
Go to Site Configuration -> ANM, ticked Require Ready to Fulfil.
The S/O will not appear in S/O Pick list until Sales tick the Ready to Fulfil checkbox in S/O Header.

• But this doesn’t solve the issue. Please what should i do.

Why will this not solve the issue? Is hiding a good idea or do you need to show it and maybe add a status on the Report saying “Not Ready” ?

If its not Ready to Fulfill, why are they checking it?

I guess what I am asking, in an ideal world, what would be the preferred outcome you want?

Also what version of Epicor are you on? Still on 10.1.400?
