Sales Order Backlog report

The first 03/31/03 is "due on or before" the second "due after". The 5th
column should be anything due anytime after the last specified date.

column represent?

Our report lists each period in columns:
12/31/02 01/31/03 02/28/03 03/31/03 03/31/03

Why does the last column list twice? Is this suppose to happen?
