Sales Order BAM for over credit limit

 We had a hard time with just this issue, when using any 'OrderDtl' fields, the alert could go out multple times ( say Line 1 puts the customer on 'credit hold', alert goes out. But any subsequent lines aded also sent the Alert). We thought about changing an available integer field in 'OrderHed' ( goes to 1 when first alert is sent) , but doubt if it would 'update' while we are still in the Order.

 Couldn't find the 'right' 'OrderHed' field ( which one changes when Order is done being 'placed' ?)  (version 6.10.541)
