Tried this. Somehow when I highlight the requestdate field, User to
allow/disallow don't show up for me to select.

I have used the Field Security Maintenance, in conjunction with Security
Groups to allow only certain users the ability to uncheck credit hold on
the customer record.

Hi

In the Sales Order Entry program, We want the date field "Ship By" to be
made editable only for 2-3 chosen users. Currently all who have access
to this screen can edit this field. Can someone Please advise on the
best practice to achieve this? Thank You.
