Sales Order Maintenance Page Issue - Data Not Loading on Grid (EPIC03 vs EPIC06)

I’m experiencing an issue with the Order Entry Maintenance page where the data isn’t loading on the grid in EPIC03, but it loads correctly in EPIC06.

I’ve already checked the settings in Application Studio and compared them with the settings for the Opportunity/Quote Entry Maintenance page to ensure everything is configured properly, and everything seems to be in order.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any ideas on what might be causing this discrepancy between the two environments?

I’ve also attached a screenshot showing the blank grid on EPIC03 and the settings from Application Studio for reference.

Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated!




Have you tried clearing your browser cache and/or trying a different browser? (Chrome v. Edge?)

Sometimes when I see issues like this, I’ll try a different browser and if everything looks okay, I know the original browser is caching something and needs to be cleared.

I tried both, but still, the data won’t load

You could try running Conversion 191.

Just be warned it will take a couple minutes AND basically interrupt other users while it runs. The process will run through its cycle twice before completing.

This has been successful for me in fixing similar issues.

Unfortunately, this doesn’t work either. Should I create a case for this?

At this point I would. You could at least grant them permission to look at your instance and verify settings.

Is this happening on the base layer? Or on customized layers? That’s one thing they’ll want to know/check.

I’m not sure what your calling EPIC03 & EPIC06. Are these two different environments? Can you export any customized layers from the working one and install them on the faulty one?
