Should be a simple question, and I’m going to blame it on the heat this week. 
I have a salesperson who has a problem where the quantity on hand and quantity available show zero on the sales order entry release tab, when there is material on hand. I am having a brain dead moment as to why she can’t see it. No other user is having this problem.
I made sure she was in the right site at the time. I’ve also disabled/enabled her account because at times this solves other problems (don’t know why).
Has anyone run across this before?
