Sales Order Status Not Show Data on Refresh

Hi,

We have just one user who cannot get data to display in the Sales Order Status Screen. They click the Open Releases Tab, and the screen refreshes, but no data shows. On my machine, it works fine. We are running Epicor 10.0.700.4. This just started happening to this user today, and all other users are having no problems with it.

I have copied my working client folder into the non-working users client folder located at our default C:\Epicor\ERP10.0Client\Client and no luck/success. I have cleared the client cache manually, and through the program with no luck. The user has rebooted twice now and no luck. I have had the user try both Tiled and classic view with no success.

Any help is greatly appreciated. See Attachments for specific windows I am referring to.

Is the user on the workforce and not authorized to any territory.

Hi Vinaykamboj,

I am not sure what that means, How would I check that?

I have resolved this by checking View all Territories for this users ID. Two of his colleagues in same department had this checked, they were able to refresh data, and see data, and after checking this box, the other user is able too as well. Ty.
