Hi,
We have just one user who cannot get data to display in the Sales Order Status Screen. They click the Open Releases Tab, and the screen refreshes, but no data shows. On my machine, it works fine. We are running Epicor 10.0.700.4. This just started happening to this user today, and all other users are having no problems with it.
I have copied my working client folder into the non-working users client folder located at our default C:\Epicor\ERP10.0Client\Client and no luck/success. I have cleared the client cache manually, and through the program with no luck. The user has rebooted twice now and no luck. I have had the user try both Tiled and classic view with no success.
