Sales orders and line

Rob,

Yes, in a previous life I was at a place that limited sales orders to a time
period, specifically for this reason - the longer the sales order, the worse
the performance.

Sounds like you need to pull out the advice Thom Rose gave just a week or so
ago regarding sales terms. Step 1: wring the sales persons neck.

Just curious.. is anyone out there limiting their sales orders to a
certain amount of lines for performance reasons, or perhaps to include
that among other reasons.. we have a few account reps that are holding
onto a sales order or three that are growing 300+ lines that really dog
when you get into them..
