Sales Quotes and Sales Reps

We see those same occurrences. To the best of our knowledge they are
Vantage quirks. We are on the same version as you are.

Subject: [Vantage] Sales Quotes and Sales Reps

We discovered 2 incidents involving quotes and Sales Reps this week.
We are using Vantage 6.10.521

The 1st is:

When entering a sales quote, if the intitial customer is changed, the
the sales rep associated with this quote remains the same as the
primary sales rep that is associated with the intitial customer.

The 2nd is:

If a Sales Quote is entered and the default sales rep is changed from
the primary sales rep for this customer, when this quote is then
pulled into a actual sales order, then the sales rep changes back to
the primary sales rep for this customer, instead of the sales rep
coming over from the quote.

Are these just a quirks in Vantage?
Do we have something set up incorrectly?
Or are we not processing something correctly.
