Sales rep changes

We use a dashboard that picks up all the bookings details. Changes in line item quantity or unit price create the book details. Our problem is that when a sales rep changes a booking detail is not created. If we re-run reports we can no longer tie our booked orders by rep because of these unknown changes. We use the audit log to find when the change occurs, but that still leaves the tedious process of making manual adjustmnts based on the log.

Any suggestions on how to capture the movement of a booked order from one rep to another. I know in Manage 2000, it used to create a booking transavtion. Is there anyway to create our own book transactions?
