A user reported that when they go to Adjust Current Territory in Sales Territory Maintenance, the process sometimes takes around 20 minutes to process which is impacting performance. Anyone run into this performance issue with Sales Territory adjustments?
I assume this is happening only for a territory that has a lot of shipping or main customer addresses that apply to it? If so, I think it does take a while to run but should vary based on the address associations.
What is it actually doing and is there a way to know how many records it is updating? I see that if you run it again, it processes faster so I’m not sure if we can run this is greater frequency to minimize long processing times.
