Sales Territory/Region - bug in 5.20?

Todd, This is not a but, I think you have to go into the SALES TERRITORY
file and add the primary sales person for the territory to fix the Drop down
list your referencing. If my memory serves me correctly.

Opps - I take that back - it does not allow you to change it. It brings you
to the another screen but you can only change the region not territory.

In Customer maint in 5.20.313 there is a Territory field. As per "Help" if
you don't have CRM this is supposed to pull from Sales Region. BUT...it has
no drop down arrow and if you click on "Get Territory" button you get an
error about "CRsyst" not found (probably due to not having CRM I suppose).
If you directly enter into the Territory field it will pop up a territory
(region) based on the first letter you enter - or if none start with that
letter it "dings" and won't save whatever you type in. This is completely
contrary to the way any other screen works. Fort hat matter without CRM why
is the "Get Territory" button not grayed out?

Anyone know if this is a known bug? Fixed in a 5.20 patch? Fixed in
6.0/6.1? We can work around it for now but it is a little odd. Never
noticed it before until a user brought it up trying to add territories.

I do not have a CRM either but if you double click on the Territory field
it brings you to another screen to pick your territory.
