Yes, but it is like talking to a brick wall.
The answer we get ALL of the time is upgrade upgrade upgrade.
The issue we have is the stock not being accurate and we have to run the conversion to put the stock back in line.
How a manufacturing system cant handle stock correctly is beyond me.
If we upgrade there is no guarantee it will work and who knows what additional bugs we will find.
