Scheduled printing of crystal reports at certain times

I have used compiled Crystal reports and scheduler / scripting to automate
reports. For the ones I was doing I set the options to export to file with
MAPI as the destination and let ScriptIT do the typing. I have since
replaced any of these reports with RB or 4GL.

PS Good to see another .AU user

Hi Jugdeep
Remember me from Entech? I think we had a few discussions a while ago.
I just tried to set up a timed report (with parameters) and it did nothing!
Some of the others on the list use Michael Podlin's report print utility,
but I think it might be only for progress reports, not CRW ones.

Hi everyone, I'm new to this group, we have two vantage 5.0 sites
running for about 18months, db size about 3gb each. we have over 50
key reports in crystal (version 8.0) which are run throughout the
business day which causes a lot of CPU utilization.

I want to know if there is an option in crystal which can run some
reports during nightime to reduce the server load, also how does the
system accept the parameter values such as date range or customerid
ranges etc.

any help is greatly appreciated.
