Scheduled vs non-scheduled

Good morning group

We are using v 6.0 and I noticed that for jobs that are not scheduled but
material has been issued the green check mark is not used to signify
material issued complete. No indicators are used. Is this an option that
can
be checked in a preference file or is this just the way vantage handles
jobs
not scheduled? Thank you group in advance.
