We had similar issues with the scheduling module. We purchased APS when we upgraded from 6.1 to 8.03. I don't know if Epicor has a person who REALLY understands it. Our Epicor consultant was very knowledgeable of most of the system but fell very short when it came to scheduling. When we called back for more help, their top rated scheduling person was the same consultant we used before. Our scheduling is working but it took about a year of trial and error to get it right. And you're right, it's almost impossible to test in a test environment because it takes a huge amount of production activity to really make the schedule change.

I am looking for help - our Epicor consultant has been good, but I need to step it up a notch. I need a top-notch scheduling expert who can consult with us. Any suggestions?
