Scheduling mutliple Subassemblies to run at the same time

Hi All,

We currently produce our jobs to a store level with multiple sub-assemblies rolling up to the part part. Each of these sub-assembly operations can happen simultaneously and do not require the previous sub-assembly to be completed before moving to the next. This is causing a major issue for my material required by date and scheduling since the system thinks it has to do one thing before the next.

I am familiar with setting the operations within to run independently, but I am not clear on how to accomplish this across multiple sub assemblies.

Any advice or help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

I believe you want to run the subassemblies on their own jobs, not part of the top level.

You can do what is stating. If you keep them as pull as assembly try changing the component relationship.

It defaults to the finish to start one for all. There are start to start and finish to finish options also. It sounds like one of those two is what you want. Each component needs to be set.
