We are looking to create a schedule that shows capacity and load for
the various departments in the front-office (Design, Sales, Estimating,
Engineering, Project Management, etc.) Obviously, load has to be
relieved as work is completed to give a true representation of the
current and future loads.
One of my ideas is using the Vantage Scheduling module in a separate
database, maybe test or pilot.
Does anyone use another program to accomplish this goal?
