Search SCR's - Email found in subject

Make sure you use web\<NAME> for the login ID. If you don't put the web\ in front it won't work.

I love being able to search SCRs again! I'm also happy that it is covering both Epicor 9 and Vantage 8. Searching is versatile and it's fast. So far, I've easily been able to find what I was looking for. It's nice to see if an issue has been reported. When our users report a problem it's nice to check and see if there's a known issue (often it turns out being operator error). I think it's a plus on the support side and lets me do some research on my own rather than always having to contact support and wait for a reply. The availability of the Customer Matrix Viewer will be a big time saver for me! My wish list is for: 1. What version did the bug appear in? (would be nice to know if I'm upgrading to a version with a known issue); 2. Add a SCR status for "Complete, not Released"; 3. Ability to filter by status (Open SCRs only); 4. Workarounds and Availability of one-off fixes.

Glad to hear it works for someone! Regardless of what I search for I receive the following error: 500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Anyone else getting this error?

Yes, Virginia, I'm getting the same error as you.

I was able to have the "Help" section display once, but I can't even get that to display now. All entries that I attempt to make using the Module Codes result with that same error.

I haven't yet bothered to contact Epicor - from the copied email, I wasn't sure if Support would know how to direct it. The copied email doesn't look like it includes the Epicor contact information, either. I thought that I would try later...

Hi All,

I just received a notice from Neil McLachlan at Epicor, and the service is now back up and available. I re-tried it, entered a couple of different Module Codes, and results appeared. Yay!

As far as your credentials, you do need to use your Epicor user login with "web\username" as the login. There is a document on the Epicor site called "Customer Matrix Viewer" which provides instructions and more information about the Viewer.
