I have all the emails(pretty sure anyway) back til about April of 1999 for
this group. I keep them both in outlook folders by year, as well as in my
gmail inbox, I also uploaded all the old emails to gmail through an IMAP
connection when someone else setup a similar download awhile ago. The gmail
searching capability blows away anything else I have used.
I am putting together a download that will be available in the short term
future to those who want it.
Just for the sake of people being able to follow directions, email me off
list if you want to be included in getting the information to download the
zip of these emails.

web address. What I do is save all (and I literally mean all) my emails
except for junk. By Outlook rule, all my emails from this forum go into a
separate folder. When I need to search, I just do a search against my local
folder. If anything, this usually returns more results than I need. I have
emails going back to April, 2008, so that is a good data set to work from.
Also, if an email comes through that I think will be important to me later,
I assign it to a category. For example, I have a category called "BPM" in
case I need to look at especially helpful postings about BPM's.
