SEEKING: EPICOR 9.0 BOOKKEEPER
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum of 2 years working with Epicor financial applications
* Minimum of 5 years experience in the bookkeeping and accounting field
* A solid understanding of GAAP
* A history of direct involvement with Epicor financial implementations
* A willingness to train Rayotek employees on best accounting practices for Epicor.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Rayotek is currently implementing Epicor 9.0 software. We are seeking an independent contractor for bookkeeping/accounting services. We foresee needing service on-site 2-4 hours per week for 4-6 months and then a possible reduction to 2-4 hours semi-monthly.
Daily activities such as: AR Invoicing and deposits, AP entry and payments and end of day balancing will be handled internally.
Our needs include: advice and training on best practices, reconciliations, cost accounting and month end close, quarterly sales tax returns annual 1099 and 1096's, etc. All PR is run off-site with ADP.

Located by the Torrey Pines State Reserve between La Jolla and Del Mar, Rayotek operates in a 14,000Sq Ft state-of-the-art facility. Rayotek currently employs a staff of 16 people.
