Selling Shipped Quantity

That being said, is there anyway to manually adjust those values?

We have some jobs that close and even though the customer shipment has
the correct quantity, the "Selling Shipped Quantity" does not update.

Then, when I close the sales order, I get negative bookings resulting
from a void sales order. I need to tell the system that we actually
DID ship the full quantity.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Ben

Can anyone explain this field in the Order Tracker?

It is under Line's Releases in the center.

Sometimes it shows 0 yet we have shipped complete. I can't figure out
how vantage calculates this field.
