I haven’t been able to find any examples on how to send an email from an entry screen in Kinetic. I need to send an email to 2 people if a certain field on a screen has a value in it. I believe it is done thru functions but I have never used functions before and don’t know how to use them very well. Does anyone have an example for me so I can try to understand how this is done?
You will have to create a BPM. When that field has anything in it, then an email can be kicked out.
The basic setup is you have a start, then a trigger (condition), then when that condition is met, you have an email kicked out. You have to edit the condition and the email.
