Sent this as an enhancement on the Eportal Website or somewhere

There is a database set up at the Vantage yahoo groups for us each to post
our own enhancement requests submitted.

You just need to follow-up & make sure that you get the #'s from epicor for
when posting. I did add a date column to it as well.

At least this would be a start of a list.

Weel, they have closed my call referring to this issue... WOW they
sure will close a call faster than lightning.

According to Epicor, they dont want to publish the Enhancement
requests... the reason is unknown. I know it would have helped me
many times if they provided something like that in a blog form where
users can search by it.

I do know the person I talked to said that some enhancement requests
are chosen not to be in there database... Whatever that may mean.

I have a simple request, I do believe. I would like to view all or some of the Enhancements that clients have made to Epicor support. I have ran into an example where another client and me were talking about the same thing but was using different words in describing the enhancement.

The other client.... Requested a pick list for Requestions

Me... I requested a shopping cart option for Requistions or Purchase Order

These are the same request in a manner of ideas but differents by wordage. Would have been easy if I or the other client could have searched in a database where we could have seen some of the Enhancements requests. Also, maybe have an option where could place our name on the selected Enhancement... Or we could still call support and just the give the person the Enhancement number...

Just a thought... maybe even a blog for instance. I dont know, I just know it would be nice to have.

This idea sounds great!
Seeing as how Epicor's not interested, would it be possible to add this "feature" to the Vantage Yahoo group so that we can maintain it ourselves?
If not, may something external to this group?

I know that it would be double the effort because you would have to not only send the request to Epicor but you would have to also post the request to the enhancement site but it sounds like it might be worth it.
