Is there a BPM, or other programming option to reduce the one-by-one mentatlatlity to the Serial Number Matching? Is there a way to import a file to capture the matching from Excel? This process is extremely labor intensive, and we are planning to do a lot of this. Anyone else have a solution that worked for you?

What is your process? Where are the labor intense points?
We have had luck scanning the parent and then matching the child parts, as they are assembled into the parent. We did make a WIP/Serial Match customization to help with this vs using the Serial Matching form. The user scans the parent part serial number. A grid shows a list of all unmatched parts for that parent along with their serial number. User scans the child parts serialnumber and if the serialnumber is found it will filter the grid down to just that serialnumber. User then clicks the match button.
User continues to do this until the parent is fully matched. At that time, user clears the parent serial number to reset the form for the next parent serial number. Rinse and repeat.
