We are trying to disposition using the DMR Processing module in Epicor, however, when we try selecting serial numbers, we are not able to retrieve any serial numbers [2nd pic].
When we try to search for the specific serial number we are looking for, we get this error about the serial number being voided [3rd pic]. Is this an Epicor bug or is there something we are doing wrong?

You can adjust the status of the serial number in the serial number entry screen.
You would have to change the status in the drop down.
Since the status says “Shipped”, the system thinks this item is on a Pack Slip and has been shipped. If you truly want to void this particular serial number, you should reverse the shipment of the pack slip (uncheck the “Shipped” checkbox) and remove the item from the pack slip entirely. THEN come back to Serial Number Maintenance and change the status.
