Subject: [Vantage] Serialized part shipped from wrong bin location, now cannot fix the QTH errors it created

Somehow, our Epicor9 let us ship 3 of our parts that had serial numbers attached from the wrong bin location they were located in.  Now, the system shows we have a -3 QTH in the wrong bin location and a positive 3 in the location they should have shipped from.  The problem is we cannot figure out a way to “adjust” or “zero” the QTH at each of these bins because it is asking for serial numbers to accomplish this and they are now used and gone.  Is there any way to get out of this crappy situation???
