Server log error

Correct..but..you got me thinkin in that direction thanks! So, I changed the path, resubmitted it, smashed the original, and restarted my app server.

That took me a while to get straight in my head. If you look at a task under General Operations, you aren't really looking at the task as it may be set up in the system agent, you are just looking at the last settings used or default settings, but not the settings of the scheduled task. As you found out, you have to "crack open" the task under the system agent to see the settings for the scheduled task, and while you can't change the settings of a scheduled task, you can change the settings and save it as a new scheduled task and then delete the original task.

if you restored a backup onto a test server - the log settings were
stored in the db and when you started up the test machine it happily
read the stored info and went on it's way

somehow you need to stop the processes, delete them from the startup
schedule and re create on the proper drive/path

The base directory that these files are written to is the "Working Directory" as defined in your AppServer config in Progress Explorer. I suspect that one of your three appservers, probably the ProcessServer, has this directory defined incorrectly. If you change it and restart the appserver all should be well. I'd check all three just to make sure, but I suspect your main appserver wouldn't work if it didn't have a valid Working Directory since a bunch of temp-table data is cached there (I *think* that's true).
