Server upgrade

Everything is running fine except "Progress Explorer" locally,
remotely it works like a charm.

We just moved and upgraded our server for Vantage. The new machine is
running x64 on 2008 server, which seems to be fine, but we have a
couple problems:

A user cannot print a traveler on one machine, but the machine next to
him prints the same job fine.
AR - Invoice Entry: Client's session hangs when they attempt to make a
change to a POSTED group in "Invoice Entry."

These problems seemed to be isolated to a machine or user.

Question:

Should I run a dump-n-load since I've moved the database to an
entirely different machine? Are there any conversion programs that
are recommended to start after moving to a new machine?

Any help would be great.
