Hi Team, I’m getting the below error message when trying to open one call. Please advice.

Does the customer of the service call have a service contract setup?

It looks like someone changed the part number on the service call after it was linked to the contract. You may want to run a BAQ to confirm if the two are matching or not. If its the case you may have to change the part temporarily on the contract to open the service call and put the part number back to what it should be.
