Service Connect isues

Hello.
I hope someone here can shed some light on some issues I’ve been experiencing with Service Connect following a recent on-premise update performed a couple of weeks ago to 2025.2 version.
The first problem is that I have several scheduled workflows in service connect; when I try to start them, they get stuck in the “Starting” state and never start. All Epicor services are currently running.
To get them to start, I have to create a new Schedule (trigger) with new Messages attributes and Maps; this new schedule initiates and runs successfully, but if it stops for any reason, it won’t restart again.

The second problem I’m encountering is that any call to a Business Object (BO), a sub-workflow, or an internal workflow element triggers an error similar to this: “Error in PreprocessXML, plugin SalesOrder_E10.Erp.Proxy.BO.SalesOrderImpl.GetByID not found in plugins collection.” The specific method cited in the error appears to be random, as do the specific BO or Sub-Workflow involved.
In previous and subsequent runs, this very same workflow executes without any errors whatsoever.

Do you have any ideas or recommendations regarding where I should look, search, or investigate?

Did you install the latest version of Service Connect after you upgraded Kinetic? On EpicWeb you should find a Service Connect release associated with Kinetic version 2025.2.

Yes, I have the latest version installed (Epicor Service Connect 12.1.100.GA). I even tried the previous version, Epicor Service Connect 12.0.100.GA, and experienced the same problems.
