Have an issue with the standard ‘PLM\Incoming PDMRequest’ plugin not being in the plugins collection.
Here is how I got to this point:
Installed the latest release of Service Connect (11.3.200)
Installed the PLM product, also version 11.3.200.
Had issues with the certificates on the server and could not link to the Rest API.
Removed the workflow for 11.3.200 and copied over our current live .NET worflow.
Solved the Certificate issue and re-imported the.NET references for Kinetic 2024.2
Set up the Attachment Link, Company Config, ECO Group, External Company, Global table and started the PLM Server Process on a schedule.
Pushed in an XML through the input channel and it fails with the error ‘Error in PreprocessXML, plugin ‘PLM\Incoming PDMRequest’ not found in plugins collection’.
I found the previous topic from 2021 with the same title as this.
I restarted the services, didn’t work.
I rebooted the server, didn’t work.
I am now working through the whole setup looking for inconsistencies in naming.
Anyone know anything about Service Connect?
