You can probably use a condition on your link to address type code = "ST"

Could we see screen shots of your functoid setup? Shoot them offline, I don't know if the number of address sets for you is a constant but I don't think it will just cycle through them and look for a condition (unless they are structured in a way you could move them into a sub), you would have to link each and every one and test for a condition...

No functiod - at least the way I am picturing this...You click on the LINK that is the line drawn from the left to the right and right click on the right side of the link to choose edit condition...Then you setup your condition that your left data address type code = "ST"? I will send some pictures direct to your email...

That is how I have it set up now. I am using a conditional functoid. My default value is empty and my alternative value is set to Address1. The condition for the alternative value is "where AddressTypeCode = ST". It still grabs the address1 value from the first address in the data.

You might try to right-click on the address nodes on the right side where you are linking them to, and "edit the condition". Add an "=" operator functoid, and set the condition where AddressTypeCode equal to "ST".

Karen and Matt,

I set it up the way you were suggesting; without a functoid. I linked Address1 of my incoming document to OTSAddress1 on the OrderHed. Then I set a condition on the link to AddressTypeCode = "ST". The conversion still grabbed the first Address1 line in the list of addresses.

I think it is like Rob is saying. The structure of the document does not allow the conversion to iterate through the addresses.

I have a document I will send with some screen shots.
