The data dictionary says character...but..so does the reference field as
well, and this has no trouble plugging into the reference field. It
updates just fine. The value would normally range from 1 to 10...
POLINE is (x)5 for size.

orderdtl table through a service connect workflow? This has me
completely baffled... I see the data in the conversion, then after the
web method its just gone. I did a simple remap to the reference field
and that works just fine, but not when I try and place a value in the

I have a work flow that modifies jobs after they are released. Occasionally when it encounters a rather large job (300 + assemblies at four levels deep) I get an error (unknown error, operation has timed out). Even in part entry screen these jobs crawl, im theorizing that service connect will struggle with them in the same manner. So my question is; will the Cubs go all the way this year? Who knows, but if there was a way to lengthen the amount of time so the web service operation wont time out so soon, knowing that would be cool too...
