The data dictionary says character...but..so does the reference field as
well, and this has no trouble plugging into the reference field. It
updates just fine. The value would normally range from 1 to 10...
POLINE is (x)5 for size.

Is that the normal formatting for that field?

An integer...the schema has it labeled as an unsigned byte.

Subject: [Vantage] service connect
Has anyone here had any trouble updating the POLINE field in the
orderdtl table through a service connect workflow? This has me
completely baffled... I see the data in the conversion, then after the
web method its just gone. I did a simple remap to the reference field
and that works just fine, but not when I try and place a value in the
POLINE.
